FABRICE SOMMIER

Winner of one of the most prestigious French sommelier awards, Fabrice Sommier is above all a passionate enthusiast and hedonist. He had no hesitation in joining our team!

Fabrice has already created signature cocktails and plenty more surprises still to come! His experience permitted to define complementary food & fin pairings.

HERVÉ MESSMER

After several years of experience between Sydney and the French Riviera, Hervé Messmer has created his company of event bars. He also enjoys teaching the art of cocktails and coffee in yachting. His creativity and enthusiasm make him a true ambassador of choice.
